Frenchic Finishing Coat is a durable topcoat with a soft sheen finish. Use it to provide a more hardwearing alternative to wax for sealing our Original Artisan Range or for furniture that may need extra protection due to heavy use or is prone to water splash. Great to use prior to painting to seal wood that is prone to bleed through, knotty or particularly porous. It also works wonders paired with the metallic Frensheens and can be used for decoupage projects, image transfer, and mixed with our paints to form decorative glazes for use with any other Frenchic paint range. Apply Finishing Coat with our Frenchic Painting sponge or one of our fabulous Frenchic Brushes!

Thanks to its composition, and manufacturing methods, water-based Finishing Coat is virtually innocuous for people and the environment. It has also gone through rigorous testing to be certified child safe (EN 71-3) and is also REACH certified.
